Brain Tumor Treatment

Treatment of brain tumours mainly depends upon the size and type of tumour along with the health status of the patient. Treatment of brain tumour can be done by the help of surgery, radiation therapy, and chemotherapy.
Surgery is required for most primary brain tumors. A few tumors can be completely removed but the ones that are deep inside the brain or have entered brain tissues are debulked. Debulking is the process of reducing the size of the tumour. Chemotherapy is sometimes used along with surgery or radiotherapy.
